A dinner without any formalism, providing casual food, essentially seafood, poultry, beef dishes, upgraded with modernist dips, elaborated and tasty side dishes and espuma, fine desserts, paired with wines from Rhone Valley and Provence, France, white, rose and red, going along with the various flavours and sauce and flexible to suit Diners preferred tastes.
